Don't know if this was a premium channel or not- it showed fairly recent movies uncut without commercials, but as you can see here they talked over the end credits which would've pissed me off if I were paying for it. Also not sure if this was in New York city or possibly outside such as in Jericho where I think this was taped. They also had a separate channel 10, which is promoted on the voiceover and was the channel that showed the overnight text displays with kids' mailed-in jokes accompanied by their addresses.
We have some guy rudely interrupting the end credits of "Mean Streets" to promote upcoming stuff, then a promo for "The Boys From Brazil" and then 5 minutes of a static screen with music before "Mean Streets" starts again (They could have used all that time to promote upcoming crap instead of talking over the end of the previous showing of the movie)!
